Photos: Wandering with 6x6: Vapur

“Vapur” are the ferries transporting thousands of people from Istanbul’s European side of the Bosporus strait to the Asian side of the city and back. Istanbul is the only city in the world lays on two continents in such an obvious way. For many, the open air, calmness of the water and the painting-like view of the ancient city are a great getaway from the daily city life, its noise and pollution.
