Every year, Muslims, belong to the Sufi stream of Baye-Fall, gather from all over West Africa, in the holy town of Touba, in Senegal. There, the tomb of the 19th century, Cheikh Ahmadou Bamba, attracts pilgrims to celebrate the exile of the Cheikh by the French colonization, that day he became their messenger. The Baye fall is a community who most Senegalese would refer as hard working and dedicated to their faith.
